Bresombul Intero Molinaro

Bresombul is an authentic specialty of Friuli Venezia Giulia , made with fillet, one of the finest cuts of pork . This artisanal cured meat is salted with a special blend of spices and naturally matured for approximately 2-3 months , giving it a unique and refined flavour.

Storage: Once unpackaged, dry with a paper towel, remove part of the rind and place the product on the slicer with the fat facing upwards.
