TERMINI E CONDIZIONI
1) La consegna può venire programmata da parte dell’utente indicando nello spazio note del carrello la propria data di arrivo alla marina, Bottega del Friuli cercherà il più possibile di rispettare tale richiesta consegnando alla reception della marina il collo ove possibile nella data prescelta, comunque coordinandosi in ogni caso direttamente con l’utente tramite i contatti utili che l’utente stesso avrà lasciato per perfezionarne l’effettuazione.
2) La consegna è prevista anche il venerdì; in generale l’utente per ricevere la merce nell’arco della settimana prescelta deve ordinare al massimo entro il lunedì alle 14 della stessa settimana, visto che il sistema prevede il ritiro della merce ordinata presso i produttori soltanto il martedì; essendo le consegne relative a questo progetto tutte in regione, p possibile altresì concordare la consegna nell’arco della settimana a seconda della necessità espressa dall’utente e non direttamente il mercoledì come stabilito nelle policy della piattaforma.
3) I prodotti ordinati che hanno bisogno del mantenimento della catena del freddo vengono consegnati con mezzo a temperatura controllata (0-4 °C) alle reception delle marine interessate; resta inteso che non è obbligo di alcuna reception garantire la conservazione a temperatura controllata del collo, perciò invitiamo gli utenti acquirenti a ritirare quanto prima la merce ordinata nel rispetto delle tempistiche concordate di consegna.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS

3) The ordered products that need to be maintained in the cold chain are sent by means of a controlled temperature (0-4 °C) to the reception of sensitive marinas; it is understood that any receipt is not obliged to guarantee the controlled temperature conservation of the package, therefore we invite the purchasing users to collect the ordered goods as soon as possible in compliance with the agreed delivery times.
GESCHÄFTSBEDINGUNGEN
1) Die Lieferung kann vom Benutzer programmiert werden, indem er im Notizbereich des Warenkorbs sein Ankunftsdatum in der Marina angibt. Bottega del Friuli wird versuchen, dieser Aufforderung so weit wie möglich nachzukommen, indem es das Paket an der Rezeption der Marina abliefert wenn möglich am gewählten Datum, jedoch in jedem Fall direkt mit dem Benutzer über die nützlichen Kontakte koordinieren, die der Benutzer selbst hinterlassen hat, um die Ausführung zu perfektionieren.
2) Die Lieferung erfolgt ebenfalls am Freitag; Im Allgemeinen muss der Benutzer, um die Waren in der gewählten Woche zu erhalten, die Bestellung bis spätestens Montag um 14.00 Uhr derselben Woche aufgeben, da das System die Abholung der bestellten Waren beim Hersteller nur dienstags vorsieht; Da die Lieferungen im Zusammenhang mit diesem Projekt alle in der Region erfolgen, ist es auch möglich, je nach Bedarf des Benutzers eine Lieferung unter der Woche zu vereinbaren und nicht direkt mittwochs, wie in den Plattformrichtlinien festgelegt.
3) Die bestellten Produkte, die in der Kühlkette aufrechterhalten werden müssen, werden bei kontrollierter Temperatur (0-4 °C) an den Empfang empfindlicher Yachthäfen geschickt; Es versteht sich, dass eine Quittung nicht dazu verpflichtet ist, die kontrollierte Temperaturkonservierung der Verpackung zu gewährleisten. Wir bitten daher die Käufer, die bestellten Waren so schnell wie möglich unter Einhaltung der vereinbarten Lieferzeiten abzuholen.
