A classic of Nordic cuisine produced in our Carnic headquarters with very few ingredients. Excellent as an appetizer, snack or paired with raw fish dishes. Spread on a warm wholemeal bread crouton it becomes an irresistible delicacy. Serve at room temperature to enhance the flavor. We recommend transferring the product to a large bowl and stirring lightly to soften it. Excellent accompanied with a sparkling Ribolla Gialla or a dry white wine.
