The guarantee on products means that provided by law based on the legal status of the customer, the nature of the products, services, as well as their product category.

Elita srl undertakes to resolve any dispute in the shortest possible time depending on the collateral needs arising from the specific situation, in compliance with the regulations and as a consequence of any obligations due to the user, who is in turn required to respect the times and methods in order to follow up on their respective tasks.
