Bottega del Friuli is a facilitator portal, dedicated to the digital promotion of producers, artisans and small local businesses that offer goods and services.

The aim of the "shop system" is to make access to both sellers and customers simple, immediate and intuitive , leaving both free from thoughts and worries.

Sellers will only have to worry about keeping their inventory updated and adding new products and preparing the products sold .
Bottega del Friuli will take care of the promotion and all other aspects related to online sales.

Customers will be able to choose and purchase their favorite products online and receive them directly at the address of their choice, without any fear.
The Bottega del Friuli team will personally take care of all the operations necessary to guarantee conditions, punctual delivery and manage any other situation.

For each order we receive, the portal automatically sends the order confirmation with its summary.

Each update of the progress of the order, up to the point of shipment for which you will be provided with the tracking code of the courier who will carry out the delivery, requires the sending of an update email.

In this way you will be able to know in advance and with adequate precision the day on which the delivery will take place .

Remember that the courier delivers according to his areas and the route entrusted to him by the logistics department.

We are not able to provide indications or impose on the delivering carrier indications on times or daily slots.

For shipments outside the borders of the region , in order to guarantee the delivery of always fresh products and avoid them remaining in the couriers' warehouses, shipments are made weekly every Tuesday or Wednesday , for all orders that will be received within hours 24.00 on the previous Sunday .

For shipments in the regional territory , approximately the same rule applies, however the Bottega del Friuli staff reserves the right to modify where and when possible, anticipating and making the delivery of the purchased goods more advantageous for customers.

Every action, even and above all in the context of the shipping service, puts the service and freshness of the products before any other illogical logic linked to speed to the detriment of quality .

All forms of payment commonly used for online sales are accepted , in full compliance with current European regulations and with the aid of the envisaged encryption systems.
