Solitary Beach is a light, fragrant, summery lager designed to accompany the hottest days. Thanks to the innovative fermentation method that combines Dip Hopping and Dry Hopping , combined with the use of Artemisia abrotanum grown in the Friulian foothills, this beer stands out for its unique aromatic profile, with notes of cedar, citrus and tropical fruit .
With a light color and unmistakable freshness, Solitary Beach offers a balanced taste between the light bitterness and the liveliness of its fruity aromas. With an alcohol content of 4.2% VOL and a moderate bitterness of IBU 40, it is perfect for any time of day.
Ideal under the umbrella or during a summer picnic, Solitary Beach pairs perfectly with light snacks, cheeses, cured meats and simple dishes. Serve chilled, between 5° and 6°C, to best enhance its characteristics.
To preserve freshness, store the product away from heat sources or direct light, at a room temperature not exceeding 35°C. Shelf life of 9 months from the date of bottling.
