Levi raw ham fillets, rigorously hand-cut, are a new way to enjoy seasoned raw ham.
They are already seasoned with extra virgin olive oil and are available in different flavors: white pepper and lemon, chili pepper, 5 peppers, chives and neutral.
Typical Friulian salami, coarsely ground, with garlic.
1 x 500g Del Ben Sopressa with fillet
The cured meat with a surprise: we add the fillet inside the typical Sopressa.
