Prepared with high-quality ingredients, including potatoes (55%), cheese (MILK, salt, rennet; 40%), salt and San Daniele raw ham (5%), the frico is vacuum-packed and pre-cooked to ensure freshness and convenience. Simply heat it in a pan for 5 minutes per side, in a traditional oven at 180° for 5 minutes or in the microwave for 3 minutes, and the dish is ready to be enjoyed in all its flavor.
