Linden honey, liquid or crystallized in a homogeneous and creamy way, has an intense and persistent aroma, balsamic and mentholated, with a vegetal and bitter note.

The “ Erbe dell'Equilibrio ” herbal tea, with its hints of licorice and rosemary, is reminiscent of a herbal bitter and is ideal after a sumptuous banquet.
Ingredients : licorice roots, lavender flowers, bay leaves, rosemary leaves, linden flowers and bracts, lemon verbena leaves.
Preparation : Bring water to a boil; add one tablespoon of herb per 250 ml of water, cover, and boil for 2 minutes; then turn off the heat and let steep for 10 minutes; finally, strain.
