The artisanal apple vinegar of Società Agricola Cisorio SS is an excellent product obtained from the fermentation of apple cider , without the addition of sulphites. This process guarantees pure vinegar rich in nutrients, thanks to microfiltration and non-pasteurization.

Product Features

• Format: 0.5 liter Bordeaux bottle with screw cap and anti-refill pourer for easy storage and precise dosing
• Alcohol content: less than 0.5% vol.
• Acidity: 6 g Acetic Acid/100 ml.
• Preservatives: contains traces of sulphites formed during fermentation, within legal limits (<30 mg/l).
• Storage: stable and microfiltered acetified product. Store at room temperature.
• GMO declaration: product not derived from GMOs, compliant with EC regulations 1829/2003 and 1830/2003.
