PROCESSING AND SHIPPING TIMES :
The processing times for the product with the addition of a personalized phrase are approximately two weeks from the order.
CONDITIONS FOR REFUNDS :
Returns are accepted . Contact Fabris Solutions within 14 days of delivery and return items within 30 days of delivery . Shipping costs are your responsibility . If the item is not returned in its original condition, Fabris Solutions will retain charges to recover the loss of value. The refund is made after the product has been received at our office. Fabris Solutions does not accept exchanges or cancellations on customized products, however contact Fabris Solutions only in case of problems relating to the order on info@fabris-solutions.it . Custom orders and items on offer cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive damaged or defective.
