Cocolâr (walnut tree in Friulian) It is an artisanal liqueur rich in history and tradition, produced with green walnuts from Friuli and Veneto.

Walnuts are harvested according to ancient custom in the period around June 24, St. John's Day.

After a long maceration of sixty days and the addition of grappa from Friuli , the nocino rests until spring, developing a unique and delicate flavor. The fragrant notes of walnuts make it a perfect classic to conclude meals or to enjoy in moments of relaxation.
