The absolute protagonists are the Friulian apples , whose juice, unpasteurized, preserves the aromas and freshness of the fruit intact. This liqueur is enriched with orange peel and gentian root.
Rossomela stands out for its sweetness balanced by a delicate bitter aftertaste. The intense red color, inspired by apple peel, is obtained thanks to the purple potato extract.
