Ease without sacrificing taste

Sometimes you are in a hurry or don't have the opportunity to cook an espresso dish, you can still enjoy the freshness of a first course as if it were freshly cooked with the dishes ready just to be reheated. A selection of traditional recipes that make us feel the true taste of home even when we are in the office, at school, on holiday or for a picnic with friends.

All dishes are prepared with fresh, seasonal ingredients , processed with techniques such as low-temperature cooking or vacuum cooking which guarantee food safety and optimal product preservation without resorting to additives. All dishes must be stored in the fridge, they are ready to use, just need to be heated for a few minutes in the microwave , oven or pan .
