Torre Quâl - Valchiarò Wines

A strong and balanced wine, ruby red in color with garnet reflections, slightly tannic with hints of blueberry, blackberry and vanilla.
This wine is the result of careful and laborious work in the cellar to obtain the maximum expression from the Merlot and Refosco dal Peduncolo Rosso.

It should be served at a temperature of 18-19°C, paired with red meat dishes or mature cheeses.

From its birth in 1991 until its evolution in the new headquarters in Togliano, Valchiarò has seen a constant growth in the range and above all in the quality of the product.
This has allowed the achievement of prestigious awards from the most important Guides and a rapid introduction of the wines into the Italian and international markets.
In 2006 the new cellar was inaugurated, a modern and large structure located in a wonderful natural context.
The next objective is to significantly increase production while respecting the quality standards achieved through new vineyards which will soon begin to bear fruit.
