Organic Rosé Wine 2021 - Elio Vini

Rosato Bio 2021 – Produced by Elio Vini in Cividale del Friuli, this organic rosé wine embodies the passion and dedication for sustainable viticulture. A beautiful pale pink with shades of coral, the result of manual harvesting and careful winemaking.

The fresh and floral nose reveals lively fruity notes and hints of vanilla . In the mouth, the wine is soft, with a light sweetness, balanced and long in the aftertaste. A fresh wine perfect as an aperitif or meditation wine, it pairs beautifully with vegetable dishes, herb omelettes and risottos, as well as numerous desserts.

VINIFICATION AND AGING :

After crushing-destemming, the grapes are quickly pressed, with the ancient wooden presses , to limit the transfer of color from the grape skins. The must is then cold decanted and fermented at a controlled temperature of 18°C . It is aged on its fermentation yeasts until shortly before bottling in the month of May following the harvest .

PAIRINGS:

It pairs very well with vegetable dishes , herb omelettes and risottos .

Also particularly suitable with numerous desserts .
