An authentic and genuine gastronomic experience: the snails, raised and collected by the company CheLumaca!, and the sausage are the main ingredients of this delicacy, ready only to be heated and enjoyed.

A second course that is quick to prepare, just heat it for a few minutes in a pan. We recommend accompanying it with typical Friulian polenta or a delicate puree.

Store in the refrigerator after opening and consume within 2 days.
