In recent years, the production of sparkling wines in Friuli Venezia Giulia has been enjoying the success it deserves for the quality of the resulting wines. But it hasn't always been like this, we have to thank the enormous success that Prosecco has had in recent years and above all the controversy over the territorial belonging of the Glera grape .

Friulian winemakers have been able to ride the wave of the "bubbly" fashion by focusing above all on the vinification of native vines such as Ribolla Gialla , Malvasia but also on international ones such as Pinot Noir and Chardonnay .

The wines processed with the so-called classic method are the masters, i.e. refermentation in the bottle, which thanks to its complexity and care in processing manages to guarantee an extreme quality of the final product.
