Ribolla Gialla Brut by Blason Wines is an elegant sparkling wine produced with the long Charmat method, which enhances its floral bouquet and light aromatic notes . On the palate it is enveloping, with a mineral flavor that recalls the calcareous soils rich in iron oxides of Friuli.

Ideal to accompany shellfish , raw seafood , vegetable and mushroom -based dishes, as well as grilled fish.

Refined in an autoclave, it retains a creamy and persistent flavour, an invitation to the taste of Friuli.

Soil: calcareous, loose, rich in ferrous minerals

Harvest time: early September

Harvesting method: mechanical

Refinement: a 10% fraction is fermented in French oak tonneaux, followed by secondary fermentation in an autoclave with frequent “batonnage” and a stay on the lees for 6 months
