Ribolla Gialla sparkling wine Brut 2020 - Roselli Della Rovere

The Ribolla Gialla Brut sparkling wine from the Roselli della Rovere company is a true example of typical artisanal production from Friuli Venezia Giulia . Hand-picked in the first week of September, the Ribolla Gialla grapes give life to a straw-yellow sparkling wine with fine, persistent bubbles. The intense aroma of flowers and citrus fruits is released on the nose, while a pleasant balance of orange blossom and citrus fruits emerges on the palate. Ideal as an aperitif or to accompany fish dishes, especially risottos and raw seafood.

Sparkling with the Martinotti method and bottled in March 2021, it is served at the optimal temperature of 8-10 °C to enhance all its freshness and flavor.
