The Spumante Don Felice Brut from the Roselli della Rovere company represents the elegance and tradition of Friuli Venezia Giulia . Hand-picked in the third week of September 2021, the Pinot Bianco gives this sparkling wine an intense straw yellow color and a fine and persistent perlage . On the nose, delicate notes of yellow flowers , dandelion, cedar and toasted bread emerge, which are found on the palate. Ideal as an aperitif and perfect with fish or vegetable appetizers, it is suitable for any convivial occasion. Sparkling wine made with the Martinotti method, it was bottled in June 2022.
Awarded at the 40th Bertiolo Exhibition 2023 competition, it is served at the optimal temperature of 8-10 °C.
