Gintonego was born in 2013 in the walls of the cellar of Trattoria De Toni in Grado, an enchanting island in Friuli Venezia Giulia. After years of culinary experiments and the search for the perfect ingredients, in January 2022, Gintonego becomes a tangible reality. June 24th of the same year marks the official birth of the project, bringing to light a unique gin that celebrates the territory.

Gintonego is an artisanal gin made with selected ingredients , including juniper, coriander, angelica roots and sea wormwood, which give the gin balsamic, herbaceous notes and a pleasant salty note. The tops of sea wormwood, used both in infusion and tincture, add a slightly bitter touch, making the drink drier and more sophisticated.

With an alcohol content of 40%, Gintonego is the result of an impeccable distillation resulting from the experimentation and passion of Riccardo Gaddi, master distiller known for his commitment to the art of mixing; Gintonego represents the authenticity and tradition of the production region.
