Dolc^ - Paradise

You can appreciate aromas of dried and candied fruit, vanilla, wild flowers and honey.
In the mouth it is clearly fat, sweet, liqueur-like, with an interesting acidity that leaves an excellent final cleansing of the palate.

Exceptional as a meditation wine or paired with pumpkin, perhaps gnocchi and truffles in general.
Also to be tried with cheeses such as gorgonzola, stilton or roquefort but also to be combined with foie gras, dark chocolate, dried and caramelized fruit
