D'Osvaldo's Lightly Smoked Stretched Bacon is a delicacy obtained from selected pigs raised in Friuli Venezia Giulia .

The bacon is salted and massaged by hand , then delicately spiced and smoked with cherry and laurel wood, before being seasoned naturally for approximately 3/4 months. This traditional process gives the product a unique and unmistakable flavour.

The artisanal processing and delicate smoking guarantee a perfect balance between fat and lean, enriching the taste of the bacon with aromatic notes and a natural sweetness. The result is a bacon that gives itself without resistance to the bite, releasing complexity and elegance.
