All our biscuits have an irregular shape due to craftsmanship. The unique consistency is due to the meltability of the butter and the crunchiness of the seeds and dough.

Red bread flour (SOFT WHEAT flour type '1', wholemeal red rice flour, chia seeds, red beetroot (turnip) powder, OAT flakes, WHEAT flour mother yeast, inulin vegetable fibre, skimmed MILK in powder, protected iodized salt), anhydrous butter (MILK), sugar, water, leavening agents: diphosphates, sodium carbonates.
