Soft and creamy dessert with leavened dough and chestnut cream.
Sweet made with leavened gubana dough and filled with HONEY jam with the addition of crunchy chopped walnuts.
Produced exclusively by Dorbolò.

1 x Vizzutti Ramandolo

Ramandolo by Cantina Vizzutti is a DOCG wine from the Colli Orientali area, with a straw yellow color and a very intense aroma.
It can be considered a wine for aged cheeses, blue cheeses, foie gras or meditation, dry pastries.

1 x Almonds - Giuditta Teresa

Our version of cantuccini handcrafted according to an ancient recipe. The flavor of the dough mixed with almonds, and the freshness of the product worked by hand to achieve the right level of hardness and crumblyness. Giuditta Teresa's tribute to the famous Tuscan biscuit.

2 x Esse di Raveo - Esse di Raveo

The Esse di Raveo biscuits are typical Friulian biscuits handmade in Carnia, now famous, produced in the town of Raveo, in the shape of an S, simple but very tasty, contained in practical 320 gram trays each.

1 x Gubana from Panificio del Foro

Artisanally produced and made of sweet leavened dough and a filling of walnuts, hazelnuts, almonds, amaretti, pine nuts, sultanas and liqueur. The latter remains the aroma after cooking. The dough is rolled out and the filling is evenly spread on the surface of the dough, it is rolled up like a strudel and finally placed in the pan in the shape of a snail.
