MONTANARA BARLEY
INGREDIENTS: PEARL BARLEY 94.5%, salt, bacon 1% (pork bacon, salt, dextrose, E250, E251, natural flavourings), porcini mushrooms 1% (Boletus Edulis and family), tomato, garlic (may contain traces of SO2 and dehydrated parsley in variable portions).

PREPARATION: PREPARATION FOR 3/4 PEOPLE:
Cook for approximately 35 minutes adding water or broth (approximately 600ml). In the pressure cooker 10 minutes. At the end of cooking, stir in a knob of butter and cream. Serve with a drizzle of extra virgin olive oil and grated cheese.
