An excellence of Friuli Venezia Giulia

Formadi Frant d'Alpeggio is a typical cheese born from the need to reuse cheeses of different maturation. Crushed and cooked with cream, pepper and spices, these cheeses are transformed into a tasty and almost creamy product, using cow's milk from Brown cows.

Formadi Frant stands out for its strong flavor and almost creamy consistency. Perfect as an accompaniment to roasted polenta, grated for risottos or pasta first courses, and as an end to a meal with honey, compotes and mustards. Available in 300 g sizes, it is a Slow Food Presidium cheese, a symbol of Friulian tradition.

Produced by the Gortani company in Malga Pozof, on top of the famous Zoncolan mountain. The milk used comes exclusively from Brown cows raised in mountain pastures, guaranteeing a product of the highest quality and authenticity.

Ideal for those looking for an authentic and versatile cheese, Formadi Frant enriches every dish with its unique flavour. Perfect to be enjoyed on any occasion, it enhances the taste of traditional and contemporary dishes.
