Bottega del Frico 's Truffle Flavoured Frico is an exquisite expression of the culinary tradition of Friuli Venezia Giulia . This typical dish is loved for its soft consistency and delicate flavour, enriched with the unique aroma of chives, which recalls the flavour of onion.

Made with high-quality ingredients, including potatoes, cheese, salt and chives (5%), the frico is vacuum-packed and pre-cooked to ensure freshness and convenience. Simply heat it in a pan for 5 minutes per side, in a traditional oven at 180° for 5 minutes or in the microwave for 3 minutes, and the dish is ready to be enjoyed in all its flavor.
