Gubanotto Dorbolò is an innovative variant of the traditional gubana, presented in a practical log shape that facilitates cutting. This artisanal dessert from Friuli Venezia Giulia preserves the rich tradition of the Natisone Valleys intact, thanks to the skilful workmanship of the Dorbolò family.

Each slice of this gubana contains a generous filling of walnuts, sultanas, pine nuts and hazelnuts , which represent as much as 30% of the total weight of the product. Its soft texture and intense flavor evoke the authentic flavors of the cuisine of the past, prepared with passion and selected ingredients.

The tradition of Nonna Antonietta, who was the first to share this delicacy outside the home, continues with every Gubanotto. This dessert was prepared by the women of the valleys for special occasions, such as weddings and holidays, and is still a symbol of conviviality and celebration today.
