Product description: The artisanal Gubana Valli del Natisone has a spiral shape that captures the eye and the heart. Its leavened dough, soft and buttery, welcomes a generous filling of chopped hazelnuts, walnuts, raisins and pine nuts - a perfect combination of crunchiness and softness. Without colorants or preservatives, it releases authentic aromas and maintains its fragrance for months, if stored in a cool and dry place.

Origin and producer: This masterpiece is made by the Vogrig family of Cividale del Friuli, custodians of an ancient recipe passed down through generations. Each product is prepared directly on the territory, with love and attention, respecting the authentic flavors of Friuli‑Venezia Giulia and the specifications of the Consorzio Gubana.
