Its ideal pairing is a nice terrine of foie gras but it is perfect with any cheese or cured meat.
Excellent pairing with all cold dishes, raw and cooked hams.
Produced with apple cider vinegar and cane sugar, my chutneys are sweet and sour fruit and vegetable desserts to be enjoyed with cheeses, cured meats, boiled meats or delicious stuffed sandwiches.
Obviously they are all completely natural.
