Plum chutney goes particularly well with cured meats of all kinds. Its creaminess and slightly bitter flavor also make it perfect for risottos like the recipe shown in the photo of a porcini risotto with duck breast and plum, radicchio and teroldego chutney
Produced with apple cider vinegar and cane sugar, my chutneys are sweet and sour fruit and vegetable desserts to be enjoyed with cheeses, cured meats, boiled meats or delicious stuffed sandwiches.
Obviously they are all completely natural.
