Rolled Bacon Lard

A handcrafted product that embodies the true tradition of Friulian pork butchery . The rolled bacon lard is obtained with a skillful process, which combines pork belly with two layers of lard , all tied by hand with mastery.

Produced with Large White pigs raised with respect for animal welfare , this cured meat is aged for at least a year in our cells, developing a delicate aroma and an irresistibly sweet flavour.

The bacon-cured lard is distinguished by its inviting aroma and its soft consistency , which melts in the mouth. On the palate it offers a perfect combination of the sweetness of the lard and the light flavor of the bacon, making it a unique and refined product.
