Tissi Cheese Polenta is made with high-quality corn flour and a mix of tasty cheeses.

This artisanal polenta will allow you to bring the true flavor of Friuli Venezia Giulia to the table. Very quick to prepare, in just 8 minutes you can enjoy a rich and tasty dish, ideal to accompany meat second courses or as a base for gourmet appetizers.

Ideal for those who love intense flavors and a creamy consistency, this polenta lends itself to multiple culinary interpretations, from a simple and rustic dish to a more sophisticated gastronomic experience. Try it as a side dish for succulent meats or serve it in slices, lightly grilled, for an irresistible appetizer.

PREPARATION FOR 3/4 PEOPLE : Boil 1L of salted water, slowly pour in the mixture. Cook for approx. 6-8 minutes, stirring to avoid lumps. At the end of cooking, add a knob of butter and serve.

Pre-cooked corn flour 93.5%, cheese powder 3% (LACTOSE, MILK proteins, cheese mix, yeast extract, flavourings, tomato, onion (may contain traces of SO2), dehydrated chives, salt in variable portions at 3.5% (1 part flour 4 parts water).

Allergens processed in the plant: CEREALS CONTAINING GLUTEN, NUTS, SESAME, CELERY.
