Preparation method: Grilled or in a pan: when the cooking surface is hot, lay the polenta slices (about 1 cm thick) and let them cook until they come apart easily. Turn them over and finish cooking on the other side until you reach the desired browning.

Storage: Store in the fridge at 0°C to +4°C. After opening, remove the polenta from the original container and store it in the fridge wrapped in a cloth. Consume it within 4-5 days.
