Tissi White Polenta is an excellence of the Friulian tradition, produced by hand using Bianco Perla corn , a typical variety of the lands of Friuli Venezia Giulia and Eastern Veneto. This simple and genuine product is ideal as a side dish for meat dishes or rich sauces , and is perfect for creating tasty appetizers, thanks to its compact consistency and softness when cut.

White polenta is a ready-made product, just heat it up. It is sold in a convenient block that is easy to slice; you just need to cut slices a few centimeters thick and then heat them in a pan for a few minutes. It will be the perfect accompaniment for strong meat sauces, but, given its delicate flavor, it will amaze you with fried foods or fish appetizers.

SHELF LIFE (TMC): 150 days. Valid for product stored at room temperature, in its intact packaging.
Once opened, store in the refrigerator and consume within 2 days.
