By slice we mean a piece of our ham weighing approximately 1.30-2.00 kg. The flake is the butteriest part of the ham. It has a delicate flavour, a buttery, melting consistency. We recommend cutting with a slicer with a well-sharpened blade.
Vacuum packaging. Expiration 6 months.

Ingredients: Italian pork leg, sea salt.
