The raw, boneless, smoked La Glacere ham, "the Fumat", is a refined and unique product for its sweetness and the characteristic light smoking obtained with only beech wood.
This product is packaged in a vacuum plastic bag and should always be stored in the refrigerator at a temperature between +1°C and +7°C.
The whole boneless smoked raw ham is consumed first by eliminating the vacuum bag and drying the surface of the product with a light greasy film with paper, then the rind is removed from the flake part (leaner and drier part), the product is positioned on the slicer, always with the fat facing upwards, and start slicing.
After slicing the bow, continue with the cut from the tip side.
It is advisable to slice the ham after having it well refrigerated, this will make cutting easier.
