Merlot - Ronc Soreli

The Merlot grapes are vinified with maceration and fermentation for 10-15 days in thermoregulated steel tanks. The wine ages in truncated cone barrels for over 12 months before being bottled.

Ruby red in colour, it expresses itself on the nose with aromas of red and black fruit such as cherry, blackberry and plum, in addition to notes of vanilla. The sip is dry and soft, with a persistent finish.

Excellent in combination with cured meats, including smoked ones, baked pasta and red meats.
