The Cisorio SS Agricultural Society carefully cultivates the Merlot and Cabernet Franc vines on clayey soils with a limestone background, offering a wine with a ruby red color, a harmonious flavor and a fruity aroma.

This company, located in the heart of Friuli Venezia Giulia , uses traditional production methods. Winemaking involves traditional maceration of the grapes for approximately 8-10 days in stainless steel tanks, at a controlled temperature of approximately 28°C, with pumping over and micro oxygenation. Maturation and refinement take place in stainless steel tanks for two months, guaranteeing a superior quality wine.

Our red wine is ideal for accompanying Friulian cured meats , with an alcohol content of 12%. We recommend serving it at a temperature of 18-19°C to best enhance its organoleptic characteristics.
