This wine comes from 100% Refosco Nostrano grapes, grown on marly soils of Eocene origin.

The vinification involves a late harvest and a skilful sieving of about 8 weeks, with maceration in stainless steel tanks for 25-30 days. The result is a wine with a garnet red color with ruby reflections, with an intense and complex aroma, with earthy, wild and berry scents, which evolve into spicy and toasted fragrances.

On the palate, Refosco Nostrano is warm, velvety and tannic , with an exceptional tasting persistence. Ideal to accompany grilled meats and game, this wine enhances every dish with its intensity and depth.
