The Artisan Salami from the Garlatti Boutique is a journey through time, to discover the authentic and refined flavors of Friuli Venezia Giulia . Since 1938, the Garlatti Food Boutique has carried on a century-old tradition.

This salami embodies the excellence of the Friulian tradition, combining genuine flavors and artisan techniques handed down from generation to generation.

Prepared with selected pork , salt, pepper, wine and natural flavourings, the salami is stuffed into natural casings and matured in cellars to guarantee a unique and unmistakable flavour. The soft texture and delicate flavour, enriched by light spicy notes, make this product perfect for any occasion.

Garlatti, with passion and dedication, ensures that each salami reflects the quality and authenticity of Friuli Venezia Giulia , keeping the link with the territory and its traditions alive.

Our salami is ideal for enriching appetizers, accompanied by local cheeses and wines, or as a special ingredient for pasta dishes and risottos.

Natural casing matured in cellars, non-edible .

Meat origin : Friulian and Venetian pigs.

The product will be cut and vacuum packaged at the time of the order so the weight of the product purchased may vary slightly but the price still corresponds to the minimum quantity purchased.
