The organic leek and black pepper cream from the Faleschini farm is an artisanal delight that combines the delicate flavor of leek with the strong touch of black pepper. Cultivated in the company's mountain lands, the leek retains all its organoleptic characteristics thanks to careful and traditional processing.

This cream, with a creamy consistency and a slightly spicy flavour , is obtained by cold grinding leeks together with extra virgin olive oil, sea salt, lemon juice and apple vinegar. Pestle-ground black pepper adds a spicy note that enhances the flavor of the leek.

The Faleschini company , located in the heart of Friuli Venezia Giulia , is dedicated to organic cultivation and the production of gastronomic excellence. Each ingredient is processed on the same day as harvest to ensure freshness and quality in every jar.

This cream is perfect for making every aperitif special, spread on bruschetta or as a condiment for pasta and risotto. Also try it with a piece of toasted bacon or speck for an even more refined dish.

Storage and advice for use: Storage methods: Store the product in a cool, dry place away from heat sources. Once the jar has been opened, store in the refrigerator, taking care to clean the inside edge of the jar and top up with oil. Consume within a few days of opening. The expiry date is indicated on the packaging.

How to use the product: This cream is a strong ally to make your aperitif more interesting, to be spread on bruschetta. Also excellent for giving a note of elegance to pasta and risotto, adding a diced toasted bacon or speck.
