Fresh basil leaves are cold chopped along with pine nuts, walnuts, lemon juice and a touch of garlic, all mixed with extra virgin olive oil. This process preserves the natural aromas and flavors, offering a pesto with a delicate flavor and creamy texture.

The Faleschini company is committed to organic cultivation, processing each ingredient with respect for tradition and the mountain environment of Friuli. Harvesting and processing take place on the same day to ensure maximum freshness.

Ideal for seasoning pasta or gnocchi, this pesto also pairs perfectly with summer salads made with tomatoes and fresh vegetables. By adding grated cheese, you get an even tastier and more complete dish.

Storage and usage advice: Store the product in a cool, dry place away from heat sources. Once the jar has been opened, store in the refrigerator, taking care to clean the inside edge of the jar and top up with oil. Consume within a few days of opening. The expiry date is indicated on the packaging.

How to use the product: Pesto is ideal for seasoning pasta or gnocchi, adding a sprinkling of grated sweet cheese or pecorino to taste. It can also be used as a condiment for a summer salad made with tomatoes and other seasonal vegetables.
