The cherry tomato puree is a thick and velvety puree with a rich taste and unmistakable aroma of cherry and datterini tomatoes.

Thanks to the delicate processing of the raw material, it preserves the properties of freshly picked cherry tomatoes intact.

Natural, without preservatives and colorings, it is made of organic cherry tomatoes from our production in Sacile.

We have our own laboratory for processed products where, thanks to an innovative system, we are able to carry out cooking and sterilization in a vacuum.

With this method it is possible to cook up to 60° without altering the organoleptic characteristics, colour, aroma and flavor of the vegetables used in the production of all our products.
