The sweet and sour red onion with organic agave syrup from the Faleschini farm is an artisanal product, made with fresh onions harvested in the mountain lands. The onions, cut into slices and immersed in a delicate sweet and sour mixture, are sweetened with agave syrup and acidified with organic Friulian apple cider vinegar.

This preserve maintains the crunchiness and natural pink color of the onions thanks to delicate blanching. The flavor is balanced between the sweetness of the onions and the sweet and sour of the mixture, offering a pleasant and non-invasive tasting experience.

The Faleschini farm, located in Malborghetto at 700 meters above sea level, grows onions using certified organic methods. Harvesting and processing take place on the same day to guarantee freshness and quality.

These sweet and sour onions are ideal as an appetizer or side dish for grilled and boiled meats. Also perfect for pairing with cured meats and cheeses, or for flavoring rolls and sandwiches.

Storage method: Store this product in a cool, dry place. Once opened, place in the fridge and consume quickly. The expiry date is shown on the packaging.

How to use the product: These sweet and sour sliced red onions can be served as an appetizer or side dish to grilled and boiled meats. They can be combined with cured meats and cheeses, but also used to flavor sandwiches and sandwiches.
