The Ribolla Gialla Spumante Brut DOC Friuli from Società Agricola Cisorio SS is a wine that celebrates the excellence of the Friuli Venezia Giulia territory. With its citrine yellow color and a fine and persistent perlage, this sparkling wine stands out for its fresh aromas of citrus fruits and floral notes. On the palate, the flavor is fresh, mineral and dry, with a complex and persistent finish.

Our company, located in the heart of Friuli Venezia Giulia , follows artisanal and sustainable production methods. Winemaking involves cold maceration on the skins, followed by soft pressing and initial fermentation in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature of 16-18°C. The second fermentation takes place in a stainless steel autoclave according to the Martinotti-Charmat method, with a 90-day refinement in the autoclave on the noble lees of its yeasts, followed by maturation in the bottle.

Perfect as an aperitif, Ribolla Gialla Spumante Brut is ideal in combination with fish dishes, from shellfish to fish tartare, and also pairs beautifully with grilled vegetables and light appetizers. With an alcohol content of 12.5%, it is recommended to serve it at a temperature of 6-8°C to best enhance its organoleptic characteristics.

  • Vinification: Cold maceration on the skins followed by soft pressing and first fermentation in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature of approximately 16-18°C.

  • Aging: In autoclave for 90 days from second fermentation, with permanence on the noble lees of its own yeasts and maturation in the bottle
