Gin - Maxi Milian

Maxi Milian Gin is a high quality artisanal distillate, produced with alcohol derived from selected Italian cereals. Our production begins with a continuous triple distillation which guarantees optimal rectification of the alcohol. Key botanicals, including juniper, angelica root, and coriander seed , are infused into the alcohol to create the gin's flavor base.

Each botanical is infused separately in a hydroalcoholic solution, with variable strength and infusion time for each botanical to obtain the desired intensity. After infusion, the mixture is distilled to create the base of the gin. Once the perfect intensity is reached, the gin is subjected to cold filtration. The product is then left to rest to blend the aromas and perfect the organoleptic profile.

Maxi Milian Gin is 100% natural , using only natural infusions , dried and without artificial flavours. It is also 100% vegan , with all ingredients of plant origin, and free of added sugars , guaranteeing a pure product without artificial sweeteners. With an alcohol percentage of , it is ideal for a wide range of cocktails and culinary pairings.

Maxi Milian Gin lends itself to numerous culinary combinations thanks to its aromatic complexity . It pairs perfectly with smoked fish , such as salmon or trout, thanks to its notes of juniper and coriander.
