Katia Toti 's Friulano DOC is the pure expression of the Friulian territory . Produced exclusively with Friulano grapes, it represents the symbolic wine of the region , famous for its freshness and characteristic bitter almond finish.
To the eye it presents itself with a brilliant straw yellow . The bouquet is fine and intense, with scents of citrus, peach and white flowers . On the palate it is enveloping and mineral , with a balanced freshness and an elegant finish, characterized by the typical almond aftertaste .
The grapes come from the Albana di Prepotto hamlet, an area characterized by clayey-loam soils , perfect for giving the wine a marked minerality . The vinification respects the Friulian tradition, enhancing the identity of this native vine.
